Rates and Terms

The following rates are valid from 1st January 2026

We have continued to try and keep our rates low however due to increasing costs from our cleaners, firewood, water shortages and utilities we have unfortunately had to increase our costs.

A $40 cleaning charge is now applicable and a $30 pet fee (if applicable)

High season (public holidays, easter,  and summer holidays)

Heidi chalet (sleeps up to 4) 

2 nights: $240 per night (2 people)

3-6 nights: $230 per night (2 people)

7+ nights: $220 per night (2 people)

Extra guests: $20 per guest per night (children <2 stay free)

Studio apartment (sleeps up to 2)

2 nights: $225 per night

3-6 nights: $215 per night

7+ nights: $205 per night

Ines or Rita chalets (sleep up to 5)

2 nights: $260 per night (2 people)

3-6 nights: $250 per night (2 people)

7+ nights: $240 per night (2 people)

Extra guests: $20 per guest per night (children <2 stay free)

One night bookings subject to availability

Heidi chalet (sleeps up to 4) 

1-2 nights: $230 per night (2 people)

Terms and conditions

CHECK IN/ OUT

  • Check-in time: 3pm
  • Check out time: 10am
  • Late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability and extra charges may apply.
  • You must notify Management of expected arrival time and a mobile contact number at least 3 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION OR VARIATION

  • If you wish to vary or cancel your Booking, please contact us 
  • In the event of a cancellation no later than 10 days prior to your arrival your Booking will be refunded in full.
  • In the event of a cancellation between 5 and 10 days prior to your arrival your Booking will be refunded minus 1 nights accommodation.
  • No refunds will be given to cancellations made within 5 days of your booking.
  • A variation of the Booking which reduces the number of nights stay will be a treated as a cancellation of the Booking in respect of those nights.
  • A variation of the Booking which reduces the number of guests will be treated as a cancellation of the Booking in respect of those guests.
  • An administration charge of $10 will be charged for any variation or cancellation.

LINEN AND TOWELS

  • We supply linen, pillows, blankets and towels which must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bath room on departure. Beach towels are not included.

PETS

  • Dogs are allowed at the Property but must be pre-approved.
  • Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both within and outside the property. Dogs are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees.
  • Dogs must be kept on leash at all times and not allowed to chase wildlife.
